About My Clients

Do you ever find yourself in the middle of a life that looks fine on the outside and still feel like you have no idea who you actually are? Maybe you just graduated. Maybe you're navigating dating and wondering if something is wrong with you. Maybe you got everything you worked toward and still feel empty. Maybe you're just out here adulting and quietly wondering when you're finally going to feel like enough. Whatever brought you here, you're not alone.

My Background and Approach

My approach is direct, authentic, and strengths-based. Drawing from CBT, Narrative Therapy, and ACT, I help you untangle the stories you've been told about yourself, reconnect you with your values, and build a foundation of self-worth that actually belongs to you. One strong enough to carry you through anything. I won't pretend I don't understand this journey personally. Navigating self-esteem and identity is real work, and I have deep respect for anyone willing to do it. That lived understanding shapes how I show up for my clients every single day. If you're ready to come back to yourself and build a life that actually feels like yours, I'd love to work with you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every woman has the capacity to know herself deeply, rewrite her story, and build a life she genuinely loves. Growth isn't reserved for people who have it all figured out. It belongs to anyone who is willing to do the work. I got into this field because I've lived it. Navigating self-esteem, identity, and life transitions in my 20s was some of the hardest and most important work I've ever done. I know what it feels like to not feel grounded in yourself, and I know how much changes when you finally do. That experience shapes everything about how I show up for my clients. When I'm not in session, you can probably find me curled up with a romantasy novel, rewatching The Vampire Diaries for the hundredth time, or fueling my day with a shaken espresso. I don't discriminate against anyone and am committed to creating a space where every woman feels seen, accepted, and safe to be exactly who she is. If any of this resonates with you, don't hesitate to reach out!
