The gold standard of care - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my primary approach. I provide treatment for all types of anxiety, trauma and stress disorders, including generalized anxiety, OCD, specific phobias, eating-related fears (i.e. fear of vomiting, choking, contamination, poison), social anxiety, school avoidance, perfectionism, gifted/high achiever related anxiety, PTSD, phase of life transitions, adjustment challenges, and acute/chronic stress.In addition to 45, 60 and 90 minute sessions, I'm pleased to offer "Exposure Intensives" for anxiety. Intensives are 3 hour long CBT, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) or Prolonged Exposure (PE) sessions. Intensive sessions accelerate the treatment process and provide more immediate symptom relief.
