About My Clients
Does anxiety or self-doubt keep you from fully showing up in your life? Is avoidance preventing you from doing what it is that you desperately want? If you’re in college or early adulthood, you might feel like everyone else has it figured out while you’re stuck questioning yourself, feeling “not good enough,” or constantly putting other people’s needs ahead of your own. Between classes, internships, expectations, and big decisions about the future, it can feel exhausting to carry on your own.
My Background and Approach
I bring a warm and approachable style to therapy, with humor when appropriate. I draw from an eclectic approach, while staying rooted in a strengths-based perspective. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and practical. We’ll focus not only on managing anxiety and difficult thoughts, but also on building skills, self-trust, and clarity around what truly matters to you. My goal is that you leave sessions feeling empowered, and more confident.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am currently a volunteer with a cat rescue where I actively foster cats who have been abandoned or are at risk for euthanasia. My compassion for animals undergirds my work as a therapist and my rescue work is what fills my cup outside of the therapy space. Beyond animal welfare, I am passionate about improving mental health resources for first-generation communities and advocating for immigration justice. I care deeply about creating systems that recognize the dignity and humanity of all people as I believe that no human is illegal on stolen land.
