Maybe your emotions feel too intense to manage. Working together, you’ll start to rediscover yourself and feel more comfortable in your own skin. You’ll believe you are strong, worthy, and valued… because you are! I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to help you take back control of your life.
My Background and Approach
Chelsea is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has over 5 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups on life’s journey. She is Prepare/Enrich certified (premarital counseling), Level 1 Gottman trained, and trained in working with First Responders and Human Trafficking survivors. Chelsea has experience working with a wide variety of client populations and issues including but not limited to trauma, relationship issues, grief, OCD, mood disorders, anxiety, and personality disorders. She uses an integrative and collaborative treatment approach using some of her favorite (and most effective) modalities: person-centered, CBT, DBT, EFT, exposure therapy, and narrative therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Chelsea is a firm believer and supporter of human rights, domestic violence survivors, and equality/justice for all.
