About My Clients
The people I work with are often thoughtful, high-functioning, and deeply caring—but under the surface, they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, or major life changes. Some are showing up for everyone else while quietly wondering, “What about me?” You might not have the exact words for what you’re going through yet—and that’s okay. You don’t have to come in with everything figured out.
My Background and Approach
I’ve been practicing as a therapist for over a decade, and in that time, I’ve supported clients through everything from anxiety and relationship challenges to grief, identity exploration, and life transitions. My background includes training in evidence-based modalities, but my approach is always grounded in deep empathy and real connection. I pull from methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based practices, and strengths-based approaches—blending insight with practical tools you can use in daily life. Whether we’re unpacking long-standing patterns or focusing on what’s happening right now, our work will be collaborative and centered on what feels most useful to you. More than anything, I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and fully seen.
