My Background and Approach
As a social worker, I am deeply committed to exploring how societal, political, and other institutional forces influence mental health and to decreasing stigma around sexuality and mental health issues. My holistic approach empowers clients to accept our inherent need for connection and support, reduce symptoms, reach goals, heal from past trauma, and overcome everyday stress.
