About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of experiences—ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD—as well as those who simply want to better understand themselves, build confidence, and improve their self-esteem. No matter the reason for seeking therapy, I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can explore their needs openly and honestly. Everyone’s path to wellness is different, and I’m here to support yours with compassion and respect.
My Background and Approach
Hi there! I’m currently completing my mental health counseling internship under the guidance of my wonderful supervisor, Christina, a licensed professional counselor with years of experience. I’m passionate about supporting people on their journey toward growth, healing, and self-discovery. My approach is rooted in humanistic values and positive psychology—I truly believe that everyone is doing their best to become the version of themselves they want to be. My role is not to “fix” anyone, but to walk alongside them, offering tools, insight, and encouragement along the way. In our work together, I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
