I work with families, couples, and individuals. My specialties include working with children and adolescents, attachment related trauma, anxiety, depression, adoption/foster care, and perinatal/maternal mental health. My Background and Approach
My goal is to provide my clients with tools they need to truly be the happiest and healthiest people they can possibly be. I work closely with my clients to develop a treatment plan and goals, everything we do will be collaborative. I strongly feel that walking with vs leading creates the best outcomes. I use research based interventions including CBT, ACT, EMDR, and DBT, as well as specializing in perinatal mental health, and trauma treatment for ages 8-12.
