I believe you were born whole. You already have everything you need to succeed and thrive. I am here to create a safe, supportive environment in which you can try new and scary things. When you learn it is okay to “mess up”, you can do anything.
My Background and Approach
I focus on emotion, and explore the feelings that arise as my clients interact with themselves and the world around them. I take a compassionate, direct approach. I gently interrupt my clients when they start to use old coping behaviors, so they can practice interacting with emotion in new ways.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I provide my clients unconditional support and acceptance. I value all of my client’s parts, and create space for all of my client’s emotions. I acknowledge that it takes time to build trust. I create space for my client’s lived experience, and seek to understand how my client’s past shapes their current relationships.
