My Background and Approach
I am here to help you navigate all things relationship. My practice working with those in relationship distress as well as my own personal experiences have provided me with valuable insight, awareness and tools to explore the many challenges relationships bring up. I will assist you in identifying negative patterns and behaviors, understanding origin of triggers, exploring attachment, and learning the tools needed to reduce relational conflict and increase overall satisfaction. My goal as your therapist is to show up for you unconditionally and support you in your journey towards feeling your best.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe strongly that as humans we possess incredible gifts and capabilities. Often our childhoods, environmental factors and life overall gets in the way and we need a little support to help navigate all that. I feel honored and privileged to have the role of therapist and to be a part of many healing and growth journeys.
