Feeling overly anxious, stressed out, no time to decompress and relax? Stress and anxiety management are the areas that are my specialty. If you are feeling consumed by racing thoughts, constant worrying and feeling stressed out about things day in and day out we can work through it together. Even if you aren't aware of what's causing your feelings we can identify them together. I am also able to assist in treating a variety of other issues that can be effectively handled in the therapy process.
My Background and Approach
I have over 12 years of experience working in the mental health profession. 4 of those years I have spent in the outpatient setting. Through those years I have acquired a multitude of counseling skills and interventions that have proven positive clinical outcomes. My approach to therapy is a collaborative effort between you and me. You know yourself better than I do. However, I am equipped with knowledge of skills, interventions, and the mental aspect of the process. We will go on the journey together and we'll make necessary modifications and adjustments to ensure that you are walking toward your goal.
