About My Clients

My ideal client is the client who is ready for change, but if you are still in the contemplation stage, I can help with that too. I want to help you connect with your most authentic self so that you can be the person you want to be.

My Background and Approach

I have worked in both residential and outpatient community mental health settings with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have been honored to walk with clients through addiction, grief, relationship challenges, family distress, abuse, and trauma.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that all individuals have the capacity and strength to be exactly who and what they want to be, and I want to help them achieve those goals and experience the peace that comes when emotions are well-regulated and understood. Past trauma, resentment, and dysfunctional patterns do not have to control current or future thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.
