About My Clients
I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and self-esteem challenges. Much of my experience has been with young adults navigating stress, transitions, and identity, though I strive to create an affirming space for anyone seeking growth. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered approaches. I have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and have worked with clients who are poly and are engaged in ENM.
My Background and Approach
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what’s been weighing on you. My approach is rooted in real, honest conversation where you feel supported and authentic. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and identify practical steps that bring clarity and meaningful change. I take an eclectic approach, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered strategies, with attention to cultural context and what works best for you.
