About My Clients

For your benefit, a balanced eclectic approach is used. I have special certifications and credentials for assisting you in healing from trauma, cross addictions, and soul wounds but can use these skills to treat multiple issues that prevent us from living our best lives. I can accept private pay on a sliding scale to fit your budget or health insurance.

My Background and Approach

People who partner with me in their wellness journey walk away with tangible, practical skills and resources to use in their daily life. I am a person on the journey of wellness myself so I can empathize with the pain of feeling isolated and misunderstood, stuck in old patterns and unable to break unhelpful cycles of abuse, trauma, poverty, addictions, and multiple mental health challenges.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value freedom and personal empowerment and actively support all civil rights movements including but not limited to LGBTQ+ community, Black Lives Matter, and mental health / substance use recovery and resiliency. I honor everyone's rights to choose their personal preferences and will only seek crisis intervention services such as 911 or Mobile Crisis if my patients communicate that is what they want and need. I train peer support specialists and facilitate WRAP groups, valuing the voices of lived experiences.
