About My Clients
The ideal client is one who is curious and willing to explore new and different options in their life. Issues could be life stressors, poor relationships, self-esteem, family conflict, trauma, substance use, codependency, setting boundaries, mood disorders, anger management, bereavement, spiritual issues, depression, anxious, parenting issues, needing coping skills, ADHD, adjusting to life changes, poor sleep habits, poor food choices, not drinking enough water!
My Background and Approach
I have a large toolbox of therapy modalities that can be used based on the clients' needs. Some of these approaches are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Meta-Cognition, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Reality Therapy, Strength-Based, Trauma-focused, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic, Transtheoretical Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy (SFBT), Integrative Therapy, Eclectic therapy, Cognitive-Interpersonal therapy, Multimodal therapy and Psychodynamic therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
With a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling and Christian Education with over a decade of experience providing mental health and substance abuse services to children, adolescents, adults and families. She has a proven track record of delivering high quality services in various settings, including outpatient clinics, crisis walk-in clinics and juvenile justice centers.
