About My Clients

You don't have to navigate this alone - whether you’re facing anxiety, working through trauma, adjusting to a life transition, or feeling disconnected Charlotte offers a warm, affirming, and collaborative space where clients can show up as their full selves—no judgment, no pressure, just room to grow. Charlotte works with individuals age 18+ to explore what’s beneath the surface and build tools for lasting emotional resilience

My Background and Approach

Charlotte integrates evidence-based modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together you will work together to find the approach that best suits your needs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Charlotte is passionate about creating a supportive and affirming space for all identities where clients feel deeply seen and empowered.
