About My Clients
Would you like to know more about the way you have become with the fears and incapability of coping with life? My clients begin therapy for various reasons and leave our therapy as more self-confident, strong individuals who are better prepared to cope with daily life struggles and have gained a better understanding of themselves.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I work with adult individuals who seek new learned behaviors that will help them cope with daily life as well as idiosyncrasies they wish to change about themselves. Though I normally work with individuals, challenges in relationships are often addressed in the sessions. Therefore, I often include work with a technique called “Speaker-Listener” to encourage the development of finding one’s voice so that he or she can truly be heard.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We all have built-in beliefs that are considered “core.” Mine have changed and developed over years of life experiences. Rather than accept these as failures, I prefer to view them as learning experiences that allow me to be more relevant to my clients. When you can accept who you are, where you are, what you are, when you are, why you are, and how you are, you will have begun your healing journey.
