About My Clients

Hey, I'm Charlotte, and I believe therapy should be a space where you can be completely yourself, without fear, anxiety, judgment, or pressure. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and substance use. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, as well as people who have spent years feeling like they simply don’t fit the mold.

My Background and Approach

My approach is collaborative, practical, and person-centered. I want to understand how your experiences, strengths, challenges, and environment have shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you. And yes, I’m also a nerd! If you love gaming, D&D, fantasy, science fiction, anime, books, or any other fandoms, you don’t have to leave that part of yourself at the door. I believe the things we love can be meaningful ways to understand ourselves, build connections, and explore personal growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value authenticity, compassion, and creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves. I believe everyone deserves to be heard and understood without judgment, and I strive to meet each client with curiosity, respect, and empathy. I value neurodiversity and believe differences in how people think, communicate, and experience the world should be understood rather than judged. I also welcome and support LGBTQ+ clients and believe everyone deserves a safe, affirming space to explore their identity, relationships, and experiences. I appreciate the role that hobbies, creativity, gaming, books, and other interests can play in identity, connection, and coping. I believe therapy can be meaningful and practical while still leaving room for the things that make you uniquely you.
