About My Clients
My clients are often people who appear to have it together on the outside but feel uncertain, or “not enough” on the inside. Many are navigating shifts in relationships, faith, or identity, and are ready to understand themselves in new ways. I work with teens, adults, and couples who want to communicate more openly, heal from past wounds, and create relationships that feel grounded and real. I support those navigating life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and sexual or relational struggles.
My Background and Approach
I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am currently gaining supervised experience toward licensure. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment theory, while integrating mindfulness and self-compassion practices. My background also includes work with individuals and couples navigating religious trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. At the heart of my work is the belief that growth happens in safe, authentic connection. I help clients notice the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected from themselves or from others, and move toward more meaningful relationships, greater emotional awareness, and a deeper sense of self-worth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a lifelong learner who believes that growth is an ongoing process — both in therapy and in life. I strive to show up with authenticity, curiosity, and compassion, always working to expand my capacity for empathy and understanding. I see people as inherently resilient and capable of change, and I’m committed to my own continual growth so I can hold space for that transformation in others.
