About My Clients

My focus lies in providing support through the process of healing, whether it's from childhood attachment trauma, coping with relationship issues, or providing guidance through the exploration of gender identity and sexuality. My objective is to offer a safe and welcoming atmosphere where you feel comfortable being true to yourself, which assists in the development of a healthier way of being.

My Background and Approach

I utilize person-centered therapy approaches to provide sessions with a safe and accepting environment. I have a certificate in play therapy and am trained in EMDR (Eye-movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
