About My Clients

Whether you're struggling with something specific, or coming to therapy to improve your well-being and better know yourself, I work with clients to remove the obstacles and uncover the innate healing wisdom we all possess. Together, we'll create a non-judgmental space in which you can feel both supported and challenged. I enjoy working with folks to recover and heal self-esteem as well as build resilience and enjoy working with both neurotypical and neurodiverse clients

My Background and Approach

I use a blended psychodynamic approach in my practice that is co-created based on your needs, strengths, and preferences. Although I don't strictly follow any particular methodology, I draw on CBT, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy and a relational approach to therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In addition to personal history, I believe in unpacking the many lenses that shape our experience including race, gender, sexuality & neurodiversity. I believe in a liberatory approach to therapy that supports individuals in understanding and challenging social structures that impact their mental health. I am also a cancer survivor and so have a personal understanding of the unique challenges of serious illness and medical trauma.
