About My Clients
I work with adults and family caregivers who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or navigating major life and family transitions. Many of my clients are caregivers, Gen Z parents, and adult children of immigrants (often third-culture), managing stress, burnout, grief, cultural expectations, and questions about meaning, purpose, and direction in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor whose work is shaped by caregiving and cross-cultural family experience. My approach is calm, practical, and relationship-focused. I help clients build tools to manage stress and emotions, understand patterns that show up in relationships, and move toward lives that feel more meaningful and aligned with their values. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced, with attention to both individual experiences and the family or relational systems people are part of, including cultural expectations and intergenerational dynamics.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m interested in how people make meaning out of their lives, relationships, and experiences, especially during times of change. I value curiosity, reflection, and compassionate, honest conversation.
