About My Clients
Whether you're working through LGBTQIA+ experiences, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family conflict, or major life transitions, I'm here to walk that path with you.
My Background and Approach
I work through a person-centered lens, focusing on each person as an individual. Most of my work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Research shows that ACT is one of the most beneficial therapies to address minority stress and trauma. This allows us to do the work while staying true to your values and identity. I also provide sex therapy for individuals and relationships. I am under supervision to be credentialed as an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist. My work is kink-affirming and trauma informed. I am a Resident in Counseling and practice under supervision. I am also under supervision to become an AASECT certified Sex Therapist with Brooke Croft, LMFT, CST, founder of Croftwell Therapy. I proudly hold memberships with organizations that are furthering equity and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ populations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand how difficult it can be to move through a world that is not designed for you. As someone who is both neurodivergent and transgender, I understand how difficult it can be to find affirming, competent care. With me, you are seen, heard, and supported. Each and every person that comes into my office is unique, and our work together should reflect that.
