About My Clients
You might be feeling disconnected—from yourself, from loved ones, or from the community you long for. Maybe you’re navigating family conflict, relationship stress, or identity questions that leave you unsure of where you belong. I work with a diverse range of clients who want to strengthen relationships, gain clarity, and move through life’s challenges with more confidence and ease.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s in Human Relations and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My dual background gives me a deep understanding of how relationships—whether with partners, family, or community—shape mental health and well-being. I’m trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2) and draw from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and relational cultural therapy. This blend allows me to offer practical tools within a compassionate, collaborative space to explore patterns, build resilience, and create more fulfilling connections. I also have over a decade of experience supporting young adults in the education field.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves spaces where they can show up authentically. I volunteer at an LGBTQ+ youth camp, helping young people build confidence and find community. I’ve also worked to make schools safer for LGBTQ+ students by advocating for their rights and speaking out against bullying. These experiences have deepened my commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice—and inspire me to support clients in creating lives and relationships that feel authentic and meaningful.
