My Background and Approach
As a licensed therapist, doctoral- candidate, Army Chaplain, and seminary professor, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma, grief, moral injury, and life transitions. My training includes Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), solution-focused strategies, suicide prevention, emotional intelligence, and spiritual integration.
