About My Clients
I am an LGBTQ+-Affirming therapist who works with individuals looking to understand themselves better. My goal is to create a non-judgmental affirming space which you can use to explore who you are and what you want for your life. I work with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, spirituality, and finding meaning in life. I am an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Dr. Debra Atchison.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Licensed Counselor and I have been working with clients since 2019. I approach counseling from a Humanistic perspective and am Person-Centered in my focus. I also have experience in existential therapy and helping clients find meaning and purpose in their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people can make positive changes in their lives and this comes from more fully developing yourself into your authentic self.
