I have a history of helping others master the art of communication, resolve conflict, and reconnect to one another to increase intimacy and trust. Adults of all ages have successfully worked with me to resolve issues of stress, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next while going through critical life changes and personal challenges.
My Background and Approach
My knowledge and training in both relationship and individual issues give me a unique insight into how to help you create a healthy and balanced life. I am also certified in hypnotherapy, Prepare/Enrich Facilitation, and TF-CBT. I use an integrative and customized approach to therapy which may include Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Family Systemic, and Humanistic and Experiential Therapy techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, but am an expert at strategizing and can come up with a custom plan to meet your needs while taking into consideration that you know what you need most.
