About My Clients
I specialize in understanding how interpersonal relationships (our friends, caregivers, romantic partners, and children) shape us and our mental health. I provide evidence-based individual therapy as well as couples' therapy. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment to life stressors, or other emotional/interpersonal concerns, I am passionate about helping you understand your natural strengths and meet your goals.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing assessment and therapy services for all ages. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Connecticut before obtaining my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver. Throughout my graduate training, I specialized in evidence-based therapies that are tailored to meet the needs of each individual, family, or couple. I completed my predoctoral clinical internship as well as my postdoctoral training at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. My research and clinical work have been featured in top news and media outlets and I’ve published over 25 peer-reviewed articles in academic journals.
