My Background and Approach
My strengths-based approach to therapy centers around celebrating and harnessing the inherent strengths, resilience, and capabilities within each individual. I believe that every person possesses unique qualities and resources that can be utilized. In sessions we will challenge negative thinking and free you from unhealthy thoughts and habits. If you are interested in homework; we will work together on activities and steps to take in between sessions. I keep current on treatment modalities and have a vast skill set to address many concerns.

I wholeheartedly believe in the potential within each individual to grow and triumph over life's challenges. We start with a conversation to create a therapeutic space where you will be heard without judgment and criticism. I am sex positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
