About My Clients
Clients who come to me often struggle with serious mental illness (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, and psychosis), as well as general mental health issues such family conflict, marital distress, low self-image, spiritual issues and identity confusion. I also work with families with members on the autism spectrum.
My Background and Approach
I will help you resolve interpersonal conflicts first and move outward to address family, relational, social, cultural and spiritual functioning. My long-term goal in working with you will be to help you become your best self and walk in your purpose.
