Therapy isn't always easy, but it can lead to a healthier you. Through therapy, people can begin to have healthier relationships, greater emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of self. As a certified alcohol and drug counselor, I can assist with struggles with substance misuse or addiction. I am also certified in TF-CBT and prolonged exposure to heal trauma.

I use Motivational Interviewing and CBT to help you understand yourself and grow. Together, we will explore what matters to you, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, or burnout at your pace. We will work in a space that is supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free. If you are feeling burned out, overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected from yourself or your relationships, you are not alone. Maybe you’ve been pushing through for too long, unsure how to slow down or what you even need. I offer a calm and supportive space to untangle what’s weighing on you and reconnect with your strengths. With over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, individuals with past trauma, and high performers facing burnout. I help clients heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that it's never too late to try to understand yourself, heal from the past and hope for a better tomorrow. It is possible to re-wire the brain by challenging and fixing patterns, beliefs, and communication. I make it a point to never stop learning so that I can show up for my clients and ask from them what I continuously do myself. Learning never stops which makes life changes possible. I help individuals navigate trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, addiction, and burnout among other life stressors and issues. Using a blend of personal evidence-based approaches, I offer a supportive space to understand your story, build helpful and practical tools, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
