About My Clients
My clients are teens and young adults who struggle with low self-esteem, shame, relationship issues, anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, spirituality/deconstruction and depression.
My Background and Approach
My approach is heavily anchored in compassion, understanding, and radical acceptance, while also drawing on a mix of evidence based and cutting edge approaches. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, social and relationship challenges and trauma. As a certified Brainspotting therapist, I am able to help my clients locate, focus, process, and release stuck emotions, negative beliefs, and body-based concerns. In our work together my client's begin to feel a sense of ease, relief, confidence and joy as they learn how to navigate and make sense of their experience, while also acquiring effective tools and techniques that they can use throughout their life.
