Every person is different, and I am focused on finding what works for you. For the past 10 years I have worked with teens, adults and seniors and helped them on their own personal journeys. I want to help you develop new coping strategies and the confidence to use them independently. I want you to grow your resilience and your capabilities so that you can take charge of your own emotional experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
People are shaped by everything around them. We learn unhealthy coping strategies and developing negative thought patterns that make us anxious or depressed. The wonderful thing is that we can learn new ways of approaching the world.
