About My Clients
I work best with individuals who are seeking support, greater self-understanding, and meaningful change in their lives. My ideal clients may be navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward. I value working with clients who are ready to explore patterns that may be affecting their relationships, emotions, and overall well-being. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space.
My Background and Approach
I provide a supportive, collaborative space for individuals, couples, and families to explore concerns, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies. With experience in psychotherapy, child welfare, and family systems, I help clients address anxiety, depression, grief, stress, self-esteem, and interpersonal challenges. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to support lasting growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deeply in the power of connection, compassion, and feeling truly seen. I approach my work with genuine care, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s individual story. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy; I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a space where they can be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves without fear of judgment. At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, supported, and worthy of meaningful change.
