Well, I have a secret for you, THAT is not the way that life is supposed to be, and you can have the life you WANT, and the life that you NEED, it just a little work and sometimes a change of perspective.
My Background and Approach
I am a very real and genuine person that is 100 percent unapologetically myself, which means I have the skills to help you not only find who you are, but accept and love that person. I have years of experience with depression, anxiety, and crisis situations. I know that when it feels like the world is spinning, and out of control, that it is so hard to see anything good or worth it and so hard to find that PEACE that you deserve. I am here to provide a safe space to say the things you can't say to anyone, to vent, to scream, to laugh, and to really discover what this life has to offer you!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a super open person. I am extremely positive and, in some way, completely idealistic. I think that life is short, way too damn short, to just spend it passing through. I believe that sometimes people get lost in thoughts, thoughts they aren't good enough, aren't worth it, and that this is what life is. I believe that it shouldn't be that way, I truly believe we can have whatever life we want, we can love who we want, we can do what we want, and once we move past other people's judgements then that is when LIFE really happens.
