My Background and Approach
I am trained in EMDR and practice from a trauma-informed perspective. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals manage intrusive thoughts and other symptoms. Practicing mindfulness and encouraging self compassion is a huge part of my practice and I strive to provide an atmosphere of safety and warmth where individuals can heal without fear of judgment.
