About My Clients
You've built a life that looks like success — and still feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck. I work with high-functioning adults carrying Complex PTSD, existential crisis, and the gridlock left by relational betrayal or trauma. Together, we return to the wounds still shaping how you love, trust, and see yourself — the shutdown that hijacks your days, the questions of meaning and identity that won't quiet down, the ache between your outside and your inside. We find solid ground.
My Background and Approach
My work draws on a set of synergistic, evidence-based approaches — EMDR, Somatic therapy, IFS, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy— chosen because they meet distress and trauma where it actually lives: in the nervous system, not just the story. How we work together Every intensive starts with a real conversation — your history, your goals, what this process needs to look like for you. Before any deeper work begins, we build in preparation and stabilization, so your nervous system has what it needs to meet what comes next. I work within an EMDR framework, but I draw on attachment theory and somatic awareness, with deep respect for how the body holds — and releases — what the mind can't always reach. The intensive format isn't about rushing healing. It's about giving the process the continuity it needs to actually take hold.
