About My Clients

Are you feeling alone, helpless, or just need someone to listen? I specialize in working with underserved communities, focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I have experience supporting both children and adults, empowering them to develop coping strategies and thrive. I work with individuals, families, and groups.

My Background and Approach

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida, with a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a master's degree from Nova Southeastern University. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and play techniques to tailor the therapeutic process to each client's unique needs. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I believe that healing is a collaborative journey, and I am here to guide my clients towards growth, strength, and serenity.
