About My Clients
As a psychiatrist (MD), I offer medication management for people experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, and more. I prescribe a wide range of psychiatric medications, but I do not prescribe stimulants, benzodiazepines, or sedatives. I work with adults, teens, and children (8+). I have a special interest in reproductive psychiatry, perinatal psychiatry, and maternal mental health.
My Background and Approach
When meeting a new patient, I start by listening and learning about the different parts of their life - medical history, family history, environment, lifestyle, values, and goals. Then we work together to develop an individualized treatment plan. I love watching my patients improve, and I try to bring empathy, warmth, and insight to every interaction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work at small mental health practice called Oregon Psychiatric Medicine. All of my appointments are offered via telehealth. We have convenient online scheduling and appointments are easy to access from a laptop or smartphone.
