About My Clients
It’s hard to be human. There are no manuals on how to deal with our thoughts and emotions. Sitting with vulnerability can be scary and uncomfortable. As a Client-Centered clinician I plan to meet you in the here and now and help get you to where you want to be in a holistically happy and healthy manner. Your decision to seek therapy may feel like one of the hardest things you have done, but it can also be one of the most profound.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is a collaborative experience where I genuinely believe that my clients are the experts on their lives and personal experiences. My role is to help them become more self-aware, integrate both mind and body, and identify and implement their strengths on a daily basis. Throughout the therapy process, I help empower my clients so that they can create both emotional and behavioral changes that will help them lead a happier and more fulfilling life.
