About My Clients
Feeling stuck after a big life change—loss, career shift, injury, or aging? Adjusting to a new season and unsure where to start? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer coaching and supportive counseling to help people of all ages process transitions, rebuild confidence, reconnect with purpose, and move forward with clarity. You don’t need all the answers—just a place to begin. Let’s move forward together.
My Background and Approach
With 20 years in youth outreach, program leadership, and social services, I’ve worked with a wide range of populations—from juvenile offenders and under-resourced students to caregivers, older adults, and community leaders. I bring this depth into my work as a Licensed Master Social Worker offering supportive counseling and coaching. My approach is warm, practical, and empowering—focused on helping you process life changes, rebuild confidence, and take meaningful next steps. Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, a life transition, or feeling stuck, I offer a space for you to feel seen, supported, and guided forward. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, reconnect with your strengths, and move through change with confidence and care. As an LMSW pursuing full clinical licensure under supervision, I offer supportive counseling and coaching that is warm, practical, and empowering, while maintaining the highest professional standards.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves compassionate, unbiased support rooted in dignity and care. As a red-letter Christian, I’m guided by Christ’s command to love our neighbors as ourselves—with kindness, humility, and grace. My work is grounded in that belief, whether I’m greeting new visitors at church or counseling clients navigating life’s hardest seasons. I've walked alongside youth in the justice system, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those living with severe and persistent mental illness. I’ve supported families pursuing higher education, provided crisis intervention and behavior support, and led Diversity in Action initiatives. These experiences shaped my inclusive, trauma-informed approach—grounded in equity, empowerment, and practical support. I believe our policies and systems should uplift families and create space for healing. Through Refuge Consulting Partners, I aim to be a safe, supportive presence—wherever you are in your journey. You don’t have to do it alone.
