About My Clients
I have experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and am a trauma informed counselor. I am passionate about working with people of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, relationship issues, ADD/ADHD, Autism, survivors of trauma, and those who are members of the LGBTQ+ community.
My Background and Approach
I offer a safe, affirming, and collaborative environment when working with my clients. I offer a person-centered approach to therapy, helping clients focus on who they are, determine who they want to be, and help them navigate how to achieve their goal in a healthy and safe way. I also utilize CBT techniques and positive psychology principles such as positive self-talk, highlighting your strengths, finding your identity and empathy building. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My ultimate goal is to help guide and support my clients during times of discomfort and uncertainty. My open mindedness and reassuring personality help create a non-judgmental, safe, affirming, and collaborative environment for my clients. I believe in healing and growth through therapy, black lives matter, science is real, women's rights are human rights, no human is illegal, love is love, diversity makes us stronger.
