Needing support and medication management for: *PTSD, chronic and acute *Mood spectrum disorders *Dysthymia or atypical depression *OCD, compulsive behaviors * Medical co-morbidities (long haul COVID, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, TBI) I am also well versed in managing symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder, Dual Diagnosis and ADHD.
My Background and Approach
I have been working in behavioral health for 20+ years and 13+ years in psychiatry. Additionally, I practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 9 years and can provide a more holistic level of care for those with physical health conditions. I offer patient-centered and trauma-informed psychiatric services, including Dynamic Supportive Psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. I feel honored to be able to work alongside my patients providing support and education and encouraging health care autonomy.

My practice is trauma informed, sex-positive, body neutral, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ and polyamory affirming.
