Chanelle Spencer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York, Texas, New Jersey and Florida, specializes in helping clients in the Black and Brown communities dealing with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Chanelle uses an integrative approach tailored to each client's needs, focusing on developing a strong therapeutic alliance, identifying strengths, and utilizing effective strategies for personal growth. She creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their authentic selves and is dedicated to mental health awareness across all age groups.
