You’re used to pushing through and showing up for others, even when you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. You might be navigating motherhood, health challenges, trauma, or a major life transition and realized the ways you’ve coped before aren’t sustainable. Therapy can help.

I provide online counseling to women in Georgia and South Carolina using a genuine, down to earth approach that incorporates compassion, humor, and authenticity.embrace an integrated approach to therapy. This means I use various evidence-based therapy techniques to fit your unique needs. My approach is grounded in and influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-Based Techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. I support women through vulnerable seasons, offering a place to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself. Healing happens in relationship, and many women value support from another woman who understands the pressure and complexity of the roles we carry. As a mom and therapist, I’ve walked similar paths. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out. My mission is to support the mental health and well-being of women, normalize the challenges women face on the path to motherhood and reduce the stigma of seeking mental health treatment. I commit to providing compassionate, comprehensive and ethical mental health care using trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy approaches.
