As we navigate daily life we can appear still on the surface, but underneath it all we are brimming with life, power, and impact.

You are a thoughtful innovator. Passionate about the things that matter to you and the people in your life. That’s why we know that our approach to therapy will work for you - because we have that in common. There’s no need to filter your thoughts or feelings with me! I listen deeply and aim to get to know you exactly as you are today, in a space where you can be you. You also don’t need to worry about knowing what to say, or having fully formed thoughts around how you’re feeling. You don't even need to know how to say what’s wrong! Whether you’re struggling with new parenting issues, have difficult life decisions to make, or are stuck in anxiety or depression, you’ll experience a comforting, productive, supportive space with me. I’m happy to tell you that therapy really can make a difference in how you experience your life.

With an expansive toolkit of therapy approaches and years of experience, I seek first to get to know you and let the therapy support what you need at the moment. I can share about why we’re having the conversations or using a specific method if you want, and you always have space to share what is working and what isn’t.
