About My Clients
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, hopeless or out of control. It's not uncommon to feel empty, lost in an emotional place that seems endless and dark with no escape. Addressing difficulties in relationships, life transitions, and depression are my areas of expertise. Life should not be such a constant struggle. I am here to provide a safe space where we can work together to help you find a way out of the dark and build a path forward toward healing, balance, happiness and meaning.
My Background and Approach
In my work with adults, I use an individualized blend of treatment modalities, including Jungian therapy, Positive Psychology, Existential, Humanistic, Person-Centered, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dream Interpretation and Strength-Based approaches based on what works best for you.
