About My Clients
Being a caregiver, frustrations with your job, caring for your family or everyday life situations are undoubtedly taxing mentally and physically. But the emotional and mental fatigue actually gets to most of my counseling clients. I have over 19 years of experience working with Individuals. When you have tried talking to your family and friends, but they never really understand what you are going through, come see us at New Beginnings for professional counseling, support and understanding.
My Background and Approach
● Developing Self-care Routines "I can't take it anymore." is one of the most heard things during my first counseling session. I counsel you to realize that you can only continue to take care of your family and others by prioritizing caring for yourself. ● Fostering The Strength To Advocate for yourself ● Overcoming Shame And Guilt I partner with individuals to help them accept themselves and encourage them to live more authentically. ● Coping With Anxiety I understand the physical realities of life. I love helping my clients find practical ways of managing their anxiety or depression that 'fit' into their unique circumstances.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I also provide telehealth therapy services for individuals, caregivers and parents who just need supportive counseling or a listening ear. Currently, I provide telehealth services in the State of Florida, Colorado and Utah and accept most insurances. I wish and pray that I can assist with the stress of everyday life, while keeping a check on your mental health.
