BTCS provides you with a non-judgmental space to explore your emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards a happier, more fulfilling life. You will receive personalized guidance and support allowing you to face transitions better prepared. I utilize cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused brief therapy approaches addressing emotional and behavioral difficulties that promotes healthy progression. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am dedicated to meeting my clients "where they are" and doing so with an open mind and heart. I believe in Christian values and will treat all clients with an unbiased, accepting perspective. We are all perfectly imperfect and have the decision making power to change and grow. I created Balancing Thoughts Counseling Services on the principles of living with Clarity, Purpose and Intention.
