About My Clients
Adolescents, adults, and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected due to anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges find a safe space in joining me for therapy. You may be trying to manage everything on your own but find old patterns repeating. You’re motivated for change and want practical, collaborative support to move forward, improve communication, and feel more confident in your life and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I’m Chad Stiles, a Marriage and Family Therapist working with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I view therapy as a collaborative process where you are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and take meaningful steps forward. My approach is strength-based and solution-focused, meaning we build on what’s already working rather than staying stuck in problems. Together, we create practical, achievable steps that lead to real progress. Clients often gain clarity, confidence, and improved communication. I also bring 13 years of experience supporting military sexual trauma survivors, which informs a trauma-aware, respectful approach. You can expect a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to create lasting change.
